3. Eligibility and Enrolment
Participants
Our programmes are designed for young people aged 7 to 18. By enrolling a child in our programmes, you confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child
- You have the authority to enrol the child in our programmes
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
Booking and Payment
When you enrol in a programme:
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable
- We will confirm your booking by email
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by You
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled session: full refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the session: credit towards future sessions
- No-shows without prior notice: no refund or credit
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.
Programme Changes
We may occasionally need to change programme content, timings, or educators. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
5. Conduct and Safety
Participant Conduct
We expect all participants to:
- Treat educators and other participants with respect
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Not disrupt sessions or interfere with other participants' learning
We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately, without refund.
Safeguarding
The safety of children in our care is paramount. All our educators have undergone DBS checks and safeguarding training. We maintain strict safeguarding policies in line with UK law and best practice.
